We know that your baby can really give you some hard time if it has a habit to wake up too early. Babies mostly should wake up between 6:00 A.M. and 7:30 A.M. if they don’t need a middle-of-the-night feeding.

Now we would like to give you a few tips on how to stop your baby from waking up too early.

Try an Earlier Bedtime

This doesn’t seem intuitive at all, but your child will sleep later in the morning if they go to bed earlier at night.

Don’t Forget About Naptime

You may think that it’s better to cut down nap times, but it will only make things worse as babies sleep better at night and don’t wake up early if they have regular naps during the day.

Set the Expectation

Don’t engage with your child if it wakes up too early in the morning as if you do engage it will think that it’s time to wake up. Instead, leave your child to amuse itself alone until it’s the right time to wake up. This method should get your child to realize when it’s the proper time to wake up.
