Conversely, there are few culprits who try to alter the behavior of your beloved child in a negative way. Knowing about them helps enhance the nutritional food value we provide to our kids during meal times.

Here are few of the foods that negatively affect your baby:

Preservatives

Sodium benzoate nitrates and nitrites are used as preservatives in many baby foods. These are known to cause behavioral changes in hyperactivity and headaches.

Dairy products

Dairy products cause a negative impact on your child’s behavior if he is lactose tolerant or allergic to ingredients found in dairy. The allergic reaction might cause irritation, crankiness, and aggressiveness in your baby’s mood.

Sugar

Sugar causes your baby to become hyperactive, which is not a good sign for a start. Sugar can cause long-term health damage along with sleeping disorders and cognitive delays.

Several products also use artificial coloring that causes anxiety and headaches in children.
